Hi, I'm Erika

I'm a passionate early childhood educator who believes every child deserves to feel curious, confident, and celebrated. With 10+ years of experience, I've built programs from scratch, turned chaotic moments into learning opportunities, and helped little ones discover their voices. Whether designing a pandemic classroom or prepping a student for the ISEE, I thrive on creative solutions that meet each child exactly where they are. My superpower? Turning everyday moments into meaningful experiences while keeping families connected and confident.

Erika blends behavioral and academic support in a way that’s fun and engaging for kids. She speaks their language, literally, and I’ve watched my children take her feedback and use her strategies right away. It’s like magic!
