Agreement to terms

Steinberger Levy LLC operates Erikidabra.com and the educational services offered through the platform (collectively, "Erikidabra," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website (the "Site") or enrolling in our services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Class Policy (together, "our Policies"). If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

Description of services​

Erikidabra provides early childhood enrichment services for children approximately 11 months to 8 years old, including Magic Pods (semi-private learning groups), 1:1 and 2:1 tutoring, parent/caregiver coaching, playroom organization, admissions consulting, and related programming, offered in New York, NY and seasonally on Long Island, NY.​

Registration and Payment

• All registration and package fees are due as invoiced and are final once a session begins. No refunds are issued for individual sessions or Magic Pods after the start date, except as expressly provided in our Class Policy.

• Pricing, package structures, and discount eligibility (including sibling discounts) are set at Erikidabra's discretion and are described on our Rates page.

• Payment is accepted via the methods we designate (currently Zelle to info@erikidabra.com and/or Square). You are responsible for ensuring payment is received on time.

Behavioral Standards and Right to Remove

We want every child to thrive in our programs. If a child displays repeated behavior that is harmful to themselves, other children, or staff (for example, biting that breaks skin), Erikidabra reserves the right, at its discretion, to remove the child from the program without a refund. This is never a first-offense decision, and because caregivers are present during sessions, most situations can be addressed in the moment. Photography and Media

By participating in our programs, you grant Erikidabra the right to photograph or record you and your child in any format (photo, video, digital media). This content may be used for any lawful purpose — including promotions, advertising, social media, and publications — without compensation. All content captured becomes Erikidabra's property under a perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license.

You may not photograph, record, or share another participant's likeness on social media or elsewhere without their explicit consent. Erikidabra is not liable for photos or recordings taken by or of you and your family by other participants.

Host Home Sessions

Some Magic Pods take place in enrolled families' homes. Hosting families and Erikidabra are not liable for injuries that occur during pod sessions held at a host residence. Participating families assume this risk by attending a session at a host home.

Intellectual Property

All curriculum, materials, branding, and original content developed by Erikidabra — including but not limited to Ready Boards, visual schedules, and original songs (e.g., "Days of the Week") — are the property of Steinberger Levy LLC and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Erikidabra's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our Services is limited to the amount you paid for the Services giving rise to the claim. Erikidabra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our Services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
